Long before there was a restaurant in Steveston, there was a small kitchen in southern Italy where recipes were never written down. They were learned by watching, tasting, and cooking beside family.

Many of the dishes on this menu come from the childhood kitchen of Shane’s mother, “Nonna”, who grew up in the coastal region of Calabria, where simple ingredients and the sea have shaped the way families cook for generations. Garlic in olive oil. Fresh seafood. Slow braises shared around the table.
